Nanjing Forestry University is taken for an example through field investigation and questionnaire survey, the water situation and water saving consciousness of the students is known, and water resource utilization evaluation index system hierarchically is established. Using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to calculate the weight of water, comprehensive evaluation index from 2006 to 2015 is calculated through the linear weighted method to investigate the water resources utilization, whose result is concluded that from 2006 to 2015, the trend is upward. The main reasons are that the university doesn't emphasis on the utilization of water resources in 2006 to 2008, while taking some specific methods to improve the utilization in 2009 to 2015. The innovation in this paper is that first it conducted the present situation investigation, and then by combining the comprehensive indexes from four aspects of covering water use, water saving technology, management of water resources and water-saving awareness, moreover, we put forward some measures such as controlling the water consumption, reinforcing the efficiency of management, improving water-saving equipment and so on.%现状调查与评价以南京林业大学为样本,用实地调研和问卷调查的方法了解用水现状和学生的节水意识,并据此分层构建水资源利用评价指标体系.运用层次分析法计算指标权重,通过线性加权法计算2006年~2015年的综合评价指标值,从而对水资源利用情况进行评价,得出2006年~2015年的总体用水状况变化情况为波动上升的结论.并探究其原因为:高校在2006年~2008年并未对水资源利用加以重视,在2009年~2015年通过一些具体措施措施提高了水资源利用率.文章的创新之处在于,将用水现状调查与用水量、节水技术、水资源管理和节水意识四个方面的指标相结合进行分析评价,并提出了控制用水量、注重节水高效管理、改进节水设备等措施.
