Management maturity reflects the management level and operations of enterprises. Since the factors that influence the management maturity of the delivery business are numerous, complicated and obscure, the article constructs an index system to measure the management maturity of delivery industry from five perspectives including leadership, customers and markets, resources, process management and result based on the performance excellence model. In addition, a management maturity model based on the three dimensions of the evaluated, evaluation method and evaluation result is also constructed. Both will serve as tools to evaluate and enhance the management maturity of express companies.
