胡椒碱含量检测方法的改进

     

摘要

胡椒碱属于桂皮酞胺类生物碱,是胡椒果实的主要提取物,在食品生产、医疗临床应用、药物理念、杀虫防菌等领域具有极其重要的地位.本文所论的胡椒碱含量检测方法是在现行国家标准基础上,进一步简化胡椒碱的前处理方法,使得分析过程更加准确,提高检测结果准确率,缩短实验时间.%Piperine belongs to cinnamon phthalamide alkaloids, and is the main extract of pepper fruit. It plays an important role in the fields of food production, clinical application of medicine, drug concept, insecticide and insect control, and so on. The method of detecting the content of piperine in this paper is to simplify the pretreatment method of piperine on the basis of the current national standard, which makes the analysis process more accurate, improves the accuracy of the test result and shortens the experiment time.
