This paper combined with the actual situation of engineering project contract, fully analyzed the boundary conditions, mastered the engineering data, proposed the calculation method of project contract delay compensation management fee, as well as compared and analyzed advantages and disadvantages of various compensation calculation methods. The calculation method in this paper can provide reference for dealing with similar claim for extension of time.%本文结合工程实际情况,充分分析工程合同边界条件,掌握工程实际资料,提出工程合同工期延误后管理费用补偿计算方法,并对各种补偿计算方法的优缺点进行对比分析.本文中的工期延期管理费用补偿计算方法,可以为类似工期索赔问题处理提供一定的参考性.
