BIM技术在某轨道工程中应用管理研究

     

摘要

The traditional cost engineering measurement efficiency is low, the accuracy is bad, and the cost data information communication is not easy to share. During the construction process, the design change treatment is slow, and the real-time monitoring of the project cost is missing. The application of BIM technology in the project cost calculation can effectively improve the efficiency of the work, improve the drawbacks of the traditional methods. Through the integration of three-dimensional BIM model breakthrough and project time (4D) and cost (5D), iTWO can expand the application of BIM technology in the entire construction area. In this paper, from the practical application of engineering software measurement, combined with the use of one track engineering, the advantages of BIM technology in the project measurement management are summed up and the development trend of the technology is discussed.%传统造价工程计量效率低,精准性差、造价数据信息沟通不畅共享.在建设过程中设计变更处理迟缓,工程造价的实时监控缺失.将BIM技术运用在工程造价算量中,有效提高其工作效率,改进传统方式中存在的部分弊端.iTWO通过整合三维的BIM模型的突破与项目时间(4D)和成本(5D),能够在整个建设范围内扩大BIM技术的应用.本文从工程软件算量的实际应用出发,结合某轨道工程的运用,总结BIM技术在工程算量管理方面的优势,并探讨该技术的发展趋势.
