高速铁路弹条扣件失效研究进展

     

摘要

随着高速铁路线路的弹条损坏问题日益突出,对弹条扣件失效破坏原因的研究十分必要.本文将国内众多相关研究文献按照弹条的设计工艺、安装施工、静力计算、动力计算等进行分类,通过对不同材质和型号的弹条进行宏观、微观、静态行为、动态行为分析,对比不同工况下其应力分布及动力响应,并阐述了弹条失效原因.最后,总结了当前弹条安装施工技术存在的问题和失效研究工作的不足,为日后弹条扣件的安装维护和设计研究提供参考.%With the increasingly prominent of damage of spring bar fastener in high-speed rail lines, the study of the reasons for the failure is very necessary. In this paper, many domestic related research literature is classified according to the design process of spring bars, installation and construction, static calculation, dynamic calculation and others, and through analysis of macro, micro, static behavior, dynamic behavior of spring bars with the different materials and models, compares the stress distribution and dynamic response under different conditions, and expounds the causes of failure. Finally, it summarized problems existing in spring bar installation construction technology and failure research work deficiency, so as to provide reference for the design study and maintenance and installation of the spring bar fastener.
