基于BIM的施工工艺样板区的应用价值

基于BIM的施工工艺样板区可多视角观察、起到技术性指导作用,优化施工工艺、降低施工成本,节约临时设施场地,能克服传统施工工艺样板区选址受限、灵活性差、经济性不高的缺陷,可促进工程信息交流,有利于推动BIM技术在建造阶段的应用.%Based on the constructionprocess template of BIM is different from the traditional construction process template,is no longer relying solely on the entity model.BIM-based construction technology model area has many advantages.It can observe construction technology with multi-angle,play a technical guiding role,optimize the construction process,reduce construction costs,and save temporary facilities.It also can overcome the shortcomings of the traditional construction technology model area.For example,location is limited,poor flexibility,and uneconomical.This model area can facilitate the exchange of engineering information,and help promote the application of BIM technology in the construction phase.
