面向全寿命周期成本的民用飞机定费用设计(DTLCC)方法研究

摘要

This paper introduces the Design to Life-Cycle-Cost for airplane.LDTCC process includes affordability analysis,goal allocation,cost trade studies,management decision making,subcontractor flow down and DTLCC organization.Based on this theory,Electric Power system on airplane DTLCC design method is discussed in details.This method can help to estimate and control cost through life cycle to realize cost decrease.%本文研究了民用飞机设计中,面向全寿命周期成本的定费用设计方法.DTLCC的总过程,包括可承受分析、制定成本目标、权衡研究、管理决策的制定、次级供应商流转以及组织架构搭建.以民用飞机电源系统为示例,提出全寿命周期定费用设计思路.此方法可以在整个生命周期中有效地计划和控制费用,实现飞机设计的降本增效.
