威海银行网点综合化项目运行效果评估研究

     

摘要

建行于2012年开始在国内银行业中率先推动了网点综合化项目,其主要目的是方便客户对公业务的就近办理,以期实现对公和个人客户服务质量的全面提升.山东威海建设银行威海分行已经陆续完成了网点综合化项目,辖内文登、荣成、乳山、石岛及城区全部37个网点均已成为综合化网点,因此本文选取这37个网点为研究对象,对其转型的效果进行评价.通过研究大量关于银行效率研究文献的基础上,从静态和动态两个方面对2014~2016年间这37个网点的效率进行了分析.期间使用了数据包络(DEA)法中的CCR模型和BBC模型分别考察了这37个网点的技术效率和纯技术效率.之后DEA-Malmquist指数测算了37个网点效率的动态变化.最后,本文结合实证研究的结果和银行网点管理的实际,得出了结论和提出了相关的对策建议.%CCB started to promote the outlets integration project in the banking industry in 2012.Its main purpose is to facilitate the customers to deal with the public business in order to achieve the overall improvement of the quality of public and individual customer service.Shandong Weihai Construction Bank Weihai Branch has completed the outlets integration project.Wendeng,Rongcheng,Rushan,Shidao and all 37 urban outlets have become integrated outlets,so this paper selected these 37 outlets for the study,and evaluated the effect of the transformation.Based on the study of a large number of literatures on bank efficiency,this paper analyzed the efficiency of these 37 outlets from 2014 to 2016 from both static and dynamic aspects.The CCR model and the BBC model in the data envelopment (DEA) method were used to examine the technical efficiency and pure technical efficiency of the 37 outlets.The DEA-Malmquist index measured the dynamic changes in the efficiency of 37 outlets.Finally,based on the results of empirical research and the practice of bank outlets management,this paper draws the conclusion and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
