既有建筑绿色改造面临的挑战及发展措施

摘要

我国既有建筑面广量大,能耗物耗巨大,环境污染相对严重,对既有建筑绿色改造工作基础薄弱.既有建筑的绿色改造是国家可持续发展需要不断研究的课题.本文从既有建筑绿色改造的相关概念和国内外发展现状进行剖析,根据存在的问题提出相应的发展对策建议.%China has large building area,huge consumption of energy and material,and the environmental pollution is relatively serious.The work foundation of existing building green transformation is weak.Green transformation of existing buildings is the subject of continuous development of national sustainable development.This paper analyzes the relevant concepts and the present situation of the green transformation of existing building,and puts forward the corresponding development countermeasures according to the existing problems.
