基于“4M1E”要素的独立学院药学实验中心建设与管理——以南京医科大学康达学院为例

摘要

将生产企业质量管理体系中的“人、机、料、法、环”(4M1E)渗透到独立学院药学实验中心建设与管理中,通过对实验室人才队伍、仪器设备、实验试剂和耗材、实验室管理模式及规章制度、实验室环境等要素的充分分析及效能发挥的评价,表明其在高校实验室管理规范化、实验教学标准化和确保科研实验质量等方面具有重要的作用.%The "man,machine,material,environment" (4M1E) in the quality management system of the production enterprise is infiltrated into the construction and management of the pharmacy experiment center of independent college.Through full analysis and performance evaluation of laboratory personnel,equipment,laboratory reagents and consumables,laboratory management model and the rules and regulations,laboratory environment and other elements,the importance of 4M1E in standardization of laboratory management in colleges and universities,experimental teaching standardization and ensuring the quality of scientific research is shown.
