复合图书馆读者阅读模型的构建是为了清晰地刻画出新时期读者阅读的变化、需求以及应对的策略.加强队伍建设、设备建设、制度建设、纸质资源建设、电子文献、网络资源建设五大建设才能抓住机遇,挖掘潜力,提升服务能力,谋划大服务,把图书馆真正建设成为现代化的复合图书馆.%The propose of studying construction of reader reading model of hybrid libraries is to clearly characterize the change and demand as well as countermeasures of reader reading in new period. Only through strengthening team construction,equipment construction, system construction,paper resources construction, and the electronic literature and network resource construction, the libraries can seize the opportunity, tap the latent power, improve service ability, plan big service, and build a modern hybrid libraries.
