新型职业农民对于现代农业发展和新农村建设发挥着巨大作用,然而当前新型职业农民人数短缺,且新型职业农民培育存在诸多限制因素,应改革新型职业农民培育方式,做好新型职业农民培育工作为现代农业发展和新农村建设提供优秀人才.%The new occupation farmer plays a great role in the development of modern agriculture and new rural construction, but the number of new professional is small, and there are many restricted factors in the process of farmers cultivate. Therefore we should innovate the methods of new professional farmers cultivation to increase the new professional farmer training in order to provide excellent talents for the development of modern agriculture and new rural construction.
