华丽高速公路新庄特大桥混凝土泵送施工方案

摘要

Taking Xinzhuang Extra Large Bridge of Huali Expressway as an example, this paper analyzes the construction difficulties of concrete pumping, pipe arrangement and water-washing of high-pier bridge, and puts forward the concrete method of selecting and setting concrete pump, and proposes detailed construction measures of pipe arrangement, pumping, pipe washing and other key operations and the requirements of concrete materials. The practice shows that the concrete pumping construction scheme is efficient and feasible, and it can meet the construction demand of high-pier bridge with long-distance and large height difference.%以华丽高速公路新庄特大桥建设为例,分析研究了此种高墩桥梁混凝土泵送、布管、水洗等施工难点,特提出混凝土泵的选择与设置的具体方法,并在布管、泵送、洗管等关键作业以及混凝土料的要求上,提出详细的施工措施.实践表明,该混凝土泵送施工方案高效可行,能够满足此种距离远、高差大的高墩桥梁施工需求.
