在可持续发展趋势的推动下,绿色建筑成为未来发展的方向,而社会公众的态度决定着其市场生命力.本文通过问卷调查及实地走访的形式,了解社会公众对绿色建筑的态度,并使用方差分析的方法探究其影响因素.通过调查与分析发现,社会公众对绿色建筑的总体态度积极正面,但在购买上仍比较保守;开发商与物业运营管理显著影响到社会公众的态度.本文就上述情况对政府、开发商和物业提出推动绿色建筑发展的建议.%Faced with the inevitable requirement of sustainable development, green buildings have become the evolutive directions of the future, and however, the attitude of the public determine its market vitality. We researched the attitudes of them to green buildings in the form of questionnaires and field visits, and enquired the influencing factors through the method of analysis of variance. Through the survey and analysis we found that the general attitude of publics is positive but relatively still conservative in terms of purchase; the property developers and the estate management do remarkable influence on publics. At the same time, the thesis puts forward suggestions promoting the development of green buildings from the standpoint of government, property developers and real estate based on above-mentioned conditions.
