According to the characteristics of the coal machine manufacturing, this paper designs a set of corresponding coding system, and completes the code for the parts of coal mine motor. Signature domain method is used to conduct part grouping, determine the typical parts and complete the group process design, finally a CAPP system for coal mine machine manufacturing is developed. This system greatly improved the efficiency and quality of the motor manufacturing process design and brought considerable economic benefits.%针对煤矿电机制造特点,自行设计一套与之相适应的编码系统,并完成煤矿电机各零件的编码.利用特征码位码域法进行零件分组,确定典型零件,并完成成组工艺设计,最后开发出面向煤矿电机生产制造的CAPP系统.此系统大幅提高了电机制造企业工艺设计的效率和质量,给企业带来可观的经济效益.
