求助行为与工作幸福感的关系探究

         

摘要

工作幸福感无论是对员工还是组织都有重要的意义.对个人来说,工作幸福感的提高能够提高工作效率与工作绩效,提升个人生活质量;对企业来说,工作幸福感的提高能够有效提高工作投入度,工作满意度和组织忠诚度.文章选择求助行为作为突破口,将其分为自主型求助和依赖型求助,并引入组织自尊作为中介变量,去探究求助行为与工作幸福感的关系.%Work Happiness is important for both employees and organizational. For the individual employees, improving the work of happiness can improve work efficiency and job performance, but also improve the quality of life of individuals;for enterprises, improving the work of happiness can effectively improve staff's job commitment, job satisfaction and organizational loyalty. This study chooses the help-seeking behavior as breakthrough point, divides help-seeking behavior into autonomous help and dependency help, and introduces organizational self-esteem as a mediator variable, to finds out the relationship between help-seeking behavior and work happiness.
