摘要

Enterprise technological innovation has a very important role in the management of intellectual property rights, and there are some misunderstandings about the understanding of intellectual property rights in Chinese enterprises. To solve these errors, enterprises should effectively improve the level of intellectual property management in the technological innovation activities, pay attention to the cultivation of compound talents about intellectual property rights, and change intellectual property into the core competitiveness of enterprises, namely, enterprises should attach importance to technological innovation, and also improve the level of intellectual property management.%企业技术创新对知识产权管理有着非常重要的作用,而我国企业对知识产权保护的认识存在一些误区.为解决这些误区,企业在技术创新活动中要有效提高对知识产权管理水平,重视对知识产权复合型人才的培养,并将知识产权转化为企业的核心竞争力,即企业既要重视技术创新,也要提高知识产权管理水平.
