国有建筑企业高管人员薪酬体系建设的研讨

国家高度重视国有企业高管人员薪酬制度改革,为规范国企负责人薪酬秩序、优化薪酬结构、完善考核机制,先后出台了一系列指导性文件.现根据国家的政策指导,结合建筑企业现状,就如何建立完善高管人员薪酬体系予以研讨.%The state has attached great importance to the reform of the state-owned enterprise executives pay system, and to regulate the compensation order, optimize the compensation structure, improve the assessment mechanism, has issued a series of guidance documents.
