制约航空制造企业多品种小批量生产管理的因素研究

On the basis of analyzing the relevant literature, the paper put forward 19 key constraints on the problems of aviation manufacturing enterprises in the multi-varieties and small batch production mode. Then the employees of Shanfei Company's management positions were selected to carry out questionnaire survey. Through the study of the factor analysis of data, the paper extracts and purifies 4 common factors and establishes the conceptual model of the key constraints of production management in aviation manufacturing enterprises, which take the multi-varieties and small batch production mode. Then it analyzes some factors in detail.%在分析相关文献的基础上,针对航空制造企业在多品种小批量生产模式下存在的问题,提炼出了19个关键制约因素,并选取陕飞公司管理岗位上的员工进行问卷调查.通过对数据进行因子分析找出4个公因子,建立了制约航空制造企业多品种小批量生产管理因素的概念模型,并作了分析.
