原子荧光光度计线性相关系数不确定度评定

         

摘要

原子荧光光度计是利用硼氢化钾或硼氢化钠作为还原剂,将样品溶液中的待分析元素还原为挥发性共价气态氢化物(或原子蒸汽),然后借助载气将其导入原子化器,在氩-氢火焰中原子化而形成基态原子.原子荧光光度计是通过测量待测元素的原子蒸气在辐射能激发下产生的荧光发射强度,来确定待测元素的含量.一个测量结果应有相应的表示测量结果质量的指标,以便于那些使用测量结果的人评定其可靠性.要测量就会有不确定度,测量结果的水平高低与测量结果的使用直接相关,所以测量结果的价值应有一个统一的度量尺度,国际上推荐使用的不确定度就是这种度量的尺度.本文通过利用原子荧光光度计对标准溶液进行测量,来进行不确定度的分析.%Atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer uses potassium borohydride or sodium borohydride as a reducing agent,to reduce the to-be-analyzed element in the sample solution to volatile covalent gaseous hydride (or atomic vapor),and then uses carrier gas to put it into the atomizer,then the element is atomized in an argon-hydrogen flame and form a ground state atom.Atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer determines the content of the element to be measured by measuring the fluorescence emission intensity of the atomic vapor of the element to be measured in the radiation energy.A measurement result should have a corresponding indicator to reflect the quality of the measurement results,so that those who use the measurement results can assess its reliability.There is uncertainty in the measurement,and the level of the measurement results is directly related to the use of the measurement results.Therefore,the value of the measurement results should have a uniform metric.The internationally recommended uncertainty is the metric of this measurement.This paper analyzes the uncertainty by using atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer to measure the standard solution.
