FeCP配位聚合物在活体分析化学中的应用

         

摘要

The coordination polymer refers to a combined structure of metal-ion neutral organic compounds by organic ligands, and the study about it has a long history both at home and abroad. This paper mainly describes the application of FeCP coordination polymer in vivo analytical chemistry, and firstly makes a concise overview of meanings of ICP and FeCP coordination polymers, then points out in detail the application of the FeCP coordination polymer in vivo analytical chemistry, mainly reflected in: H2O2 electrochemical dual catalyst can be realized by FeCP coordination polymers;FeCP mimetic enzyme can be used to analyze the H2O2 composition;the glucose in rat brain can be analyzed by glucose oxidase and FeCP mimetic enzyme; FeCP coordination polymers can be used to reduce the damage of diseases such as ischemia to the vivo, and this paper gives the final conclusion.%配位聚合物属于金属离子中性有机物通过有机配体联合而成的构造,国内外对其的探究由来已久.本文重点描述了FeCP配位聚合物在活体分析化学中的应用,首先简明概述了ICP与FeCP配位聚合物的含义,紧接着详细指出FeCP配位聚合物在活体分析化学中的应用,主要体现在:FeCP配位聚合物可实现H2O2的电化学双催化;通过FeCP模拟酶的使用可分析出双氧水H2O2的成分;通过葡萄糖氧化酶与FeCP模拟酶可分析鼠脑内的葡萄糖;FeCP配位聚合物可用于减少缺血等病症对于活体产生的伤害等方面,并给出了最后的结论.
