供给侧结构性改革背景下制造业企业转型升级路径研究——以无锡、苏州地区集成电路企业为例

摘要

在供给侧结构性改革背景下,通过对苏州、无锡两地典型集成电路制造企业的案例进行比较研究,总结提炼企业在科技创新投入、产品结构调整等方面采取的措施,从而揭示企业的发展轨迹并提炼出其转型升级路径.研究发现,企业应该重点采取提高对行业前景的关注度和前瞻性,激发创新要素活力,形成差异化的竞争优势等策略来实现转型升级.研究结论能够为我国企业抓住"供给侧结构性改革"的战略机遇,寻求转型升级,提升竞争力与可持续发展能力提供决策借鉴.%The paper is based on a comparative analysis of two typical integrated circuit manufacturers in Suzhou and Wuxi in the context of the implementation of the supply-side structural reform. The study reveals the transformation and upgrading paths of the enterprises by summarizing several measures they have taken regarding technological innovation, adjustments of the product structure, etc. The findings indicate that in order to achieve transformation and upgrading, enterprises are expected to take steps such as raising their awareness of the prospect of the market, developing differentiated advantages, etc. The result of the study provides reference to enterprises aimed to enhance competitiveness through transformation and upgrading at the critical stage of the supply-side structural reform.
