近年来,建筑给水管道中经常检出一类具有共同特征的机会致病菌,特别是在建筑热水系统中,随着集中热水供应系统在大型公共建筑和民用住宅中越来越广泛的应用,机会致病菌对人类健康产生的威胁不容忽视.这一问题已得到世界各国学者越来越的广泛关注并相继开展了相关研究,而目前我国这方面的研究较少.通过对国外相关领域研究的先进成果和最新进展综合分析与讨论,更全面的掌握建筑管道环境适宜机会致病菌存活繁殖的原因,重视此类问题产生的公共性影响,引起人们对建筑管道中新兴机会致病菌的重视,同时探讨抑制此类致病菌滋生的可行措施.%In recent years, a series of opportunistic pathogens with common features have been frequently detected in building water supply systems, especially in hot water systems. With the widely use of central hot water supply system in large public buildings and civil residence, the threat of opportunistic pathogens to our health can not be ignored. This problem has received attention of scholars around the world and has carried out related researches, but in China we have few studies in this area. Through the comprehensive analysis and discussion on the advanced achievements and the latest developments of the related fields of foreign countries, fully grasp the reasons of pipeline environment suitable for opportunistic pathogens' survival and reproduction, attach importance to the public impact of such issue, cause people's attention to these emerging opportunistic pathogen in premise plumbing and explore feasible measures to curb this type of pathogen breeding.
