论分子生物学课程在高职医学检验技术专业开设的必要性

分子生物学是生命前沿科学,对于医学检验技术学生来说,掌握分子生物学技术是进行相关科学研究的前提.陈旧的医学检验技术专业课程内容已不能满足临床检验诊断需求,为高职检验专业的学生能在以后的工作中与时俱进,该文从高职检验专业学生特点、人才培养模式、就业现状与方向、分子生物学课程内容安排、分子生物学技术研究方向等方面进行了分析和思考,探讨分子生物学课程在高职医学检验技术专业开设的必要性,高职检验专业的学生如何更好地掌握分子生物学的基本理论与技术,为今后的临床检验工作打下良好的基础.%Molecular biology is the frontier of life science. For the students of medical laboratory technology, mastering the molecular biology technology is the premise of scientific researches. The old course of medical inspection technology can not meet the needs of clinical laboratory diagnosis. In order to improve the ability of students in higher vocational colleges in the future work, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the students in higher vocational laboratory technology, the training mode of talents, the present situation and direction of employment, the arrangement of molecular biology curriculum and the research direction of molecular biology technology, discusses the necessity of the course of molecular biology in higher vocational laboratory technology and how to better grasp the basic theory and technology of molecular biology for the students of in higher vocational colleges to lay a good foundation for the future clinical examination.
