在我国铁路事业不断发展的过程中,电气化工程作业成为了其中非常重要的一项工作,其施工质量的高低将直接对铁路工程的营运以及安全结构功能产生影响.本文针对铁路电气化施工项目管理现状,分别从施工效率控制、工程质量控制两方面提出可行的改进措施,并运用工程案例验证这些措施的可行性,为实现铁路电气化施工科学化、规范化提供有价值的参考依据.%In the continuous development of railway industry in China, electrification engineering has become a very important work, and its construction quality will directly affect the operation and safety structure of railway engineering. In this paper, in view of the management situation of railway electrification construction project, feasible measures are put forward from the aspects of construction efficiency control and project quality control, and the feasibility of these measures is verified by engineering case, which provides valuable reference for realizing the scientific and standardized construction of railway electrification.
