为了加强交通建设工程的监督管理,保证工程建设质量和维护交通建设市场秩序,随着《杭州市交通建设工程监督管理条例》于2014年3月1日起施行,工程质量将执行"政府监督、建设管理、监理抽检、施工自检"四级管理体系模式方向的发展.在交通建设工程质量管理中,通过用数据说话的试验检测管理始终贯穿于工程质量管理的全过程,是工程施工质量控制和竣(交)工质量评定工作中不可缺少的环节,具有十分重要的作用.根据笔者多年从事富阳市农村公路质量监督工作的经验,就如何更好地通过试验检测管理手段来加强农村公路质量监督程序的到位提出以下浅见.%In order to strengthen the supervision and management of traffic construction projects, ensure the quality of construction and maintain traffic construction market order, Hangzhou City Traffic Construction Project Supervision and Management Regulations entered into force on March 1, 2014. The quality of the project would implement "government supervision, construction management, supervision sampling, construction self-test" four-level management system model. In the quality management of traffic construction projects, test and inspection management has always run through the whole process of project quality management, so it is an indispensable link in construction quality control and completion quality assessment work. Based on the author's years of experience in Fuyang City rural road quality supervision work, this paper propose some suggestions on how to better strengthen the rural road quality supervision through test and inspection management.
