This paper designs the questionnaire based on two-factor theory, and according to surveyed 180 students of the labor and social security in Kunming Medical University, understands two factors effecting their learning and discusses how to effectively motivate students to learn, in order to enhance the quality of personnel training.%本文基于双因素理论设计调查问卷,针对昆明医科大学劳动与社会保障专业的180名学生进行调查,了解影响他们学习的双因素,探讨如何有效激励学生学习,以利于人才培养质量的提升.
