高层次人才是高校建设发展的核心资源,在高层次人才相对匮乏的今天,地方高校在人才竞争中往往处于劣势,柔性引进高层次人才成为了地方高校应对竞争的重要方式.文章阐述了柔性引进人才的发展历程和引进方式,探究了柔性引才的价值,分析了柔性引才中存在的风险,并针对问题提出了相应对策.%High-level talents are the core resources of the construction and development of colleges and universities. At present, there are short of high level talents relatively, so local colleges and universities are often at a disadvantage in talent competition. Flexible introduction of high-level talent has become an important way for local colleges and universities to deal with competition. This paper expounds the development process and introduction mode of flexible introduction of high-level talents, explores the value of flexible talent introduction, analyzes the risks, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures for the problems.
