基于BIM的全过程装饰装修管理模式及实践

建筑信息模型(BIM)技术自引入我国起,在建筑业内蓬勃发展,尤其在近几年,在各类型建筑的不同专业上应用更加广泛.装饰装修工程作为建筑工程的重要组成部分,BIM技术也得到了广泛的应用.本文选取某小区户型,主要通过实例研究的方法,探索基于BIM的全过程装饰装修管控模式与实践.%Since been introduced into China, Building Information Model (BIM) technology has achieved rapid development in the construction industry, especially in the recent year, it is widely applied in various types of professional building. As an important part of construction decoration engineering, BIM technology has been extensively employed. This paper explores the management mode and practice of whole-process decoration engineering base on BIM technology by the method of a residential apartment layout case study.
