基于AHP的绿色建筑技术评价分析

摘要

With the rapid development of economy and urbanization, the resources of the whole world are constantly decreasing. As one of the most resource-intensive industries, the construction industry will face many problems, therefore, green building will become the mainstream of future development. Based on the understanding of green building and the understanding of green building technology evaluation system, this paper constructs green building technology evaluation system by AHP analysis method, analyzes the influencing factors in green building development and determines the main influencing factors, so as to promote the long-term development of green building.%随着经济以及城市化的快速发展,全世界的资源都在不断的减少.而建筑行业又是消耗资源最多的行业之一,必然会面临许多问题,因此,绿色建筑将会成为未来发展的主流.本文通过对绿色建筑的了解,以及对绿色建筑技术评价体系的认识,通过AHP分析法来构建绿色建筑技术评价体系,从而分析绿色建筑发展中的影响因素,确定主要影响因素,推进绿色建筑长效发展.
