新形势下高校毕业生就业工作途径探析

摘要

The employment of college graduates is the priority among priorities of student work in colleges and universities. This paper based on the employment work experience for many years in Faculty of Information Engineering and Automation,Kunming University of Science and Technology, puts forward five employment ways of the fine, institutionalization, normalization, project, precision, providing a realistic guiding significance for the employment level improvement in colleges and universities.%高校毕业生就业是高校学生工作的重中之重.本文结合"昆明理工大学信息工程与自动化学院"多年开展就业工作经验的基础上,提出了精细化、制度化、常态化、项目化、精准化等五项就业工作途径,对高校就业工作水平提升提供了现实的指导意义.
