建立智能化综合管控系统的目的是为了提升企业的整体系统分析和辅助决策能力,拓展业务应用深度,推动综合化管理.本文首先阐述了电力行业企业信息化建设的背景和现状,其次分析了建设智能化综合管控系统的必要性和紧迫性,然后具体展开论述了该系统的业务架构、应用框架、数据架构和技术框架,最后通过对该系统的具体应用验证了系统的有效性和实用性.该系统的建设成功,不仅形成了各业务系统间数据联动机制,而且实现了跨业务部门的数据共享与业务融合,可有效提升整体信息化管理水平,有望促进企业智能化综合管控的进一步发展.%The purpose of the intelligent integrated control system is to improve the overall system analysis and decision making ability of the enterprise, to expand the depth of business application, and to promote the integrated management. This paper first describes the background and current situation of the enterprise information construction in the power industry, and then analyzes the necessity and urgency of building intelligent integrated control system, and then discusses the business architecture, application framework, data structure and technical framework of the system, finally verifies the validity and practicability of the system through the application of this system. The success of the construction of the system, not only forms data linkage mechanism of each business system, and realizes the inter business data sharing and business integration, can effectively improve the overall level of information management, is expected to promote the further development of the enterprise intelligent comprehensive management.
