高校学生党员档案管理探析

The Party member files of college students is an important symbol of the identity of the Party members of college students,is an important basis for recording the development of college student Party members.This paper analyzes a series of problems existing in the file management of college student Party members,and puts forward the effective way of the college students' file management under the new situation.%高校学生党员档案是大学生党员身份的重要标志,是记录大学生党员发展培养的重要依据.本文分析当前高校学生党员档案管理过程中存在的一系列问题,并提出新形势下高校学生档案管理行之有效的途径.
