绿色住宅建筑运营管理市场主体合同激励研究

             

摘要

At present,the development of green building construction in China has entered a high-speed development period,but the number of projects to get the evaluation logo is far less than the design logo,this phenomenon means that the operation and management of green residential construction is only just beginning.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the operation management mode of green residential building and leads to the development direction of the market.This paper puts forward the contract incentive scheme design,which aims to make the owners enjoy the green life,while the property management enterprises obtain the profit incentive,and promote the operation of the identification of the green residential building.%现阶段我国绿色住宅建筑的开发建设已经处在全面高速发展时期,但获取运行评价标识的项目数量远不如设计标识,这样的现象意味着绿色住宅建筑的运营管理才刚开端.本文分析了绿色住宅建筑运营管理模式当中存在的问题并引出市场化的发展方向.提出了合同激励方案设计,旨在使得业主享受绿色生活,物管企业获取利润激励的同时,推进绿色住宅建筑运行标识的申报工作.
