经济新常态下大学生职业发展观引导与教育研究

摘要

Under the new economic norm, new opportunities and challenges have emerged in Chinaˊs economy, and the employment situation of college students has been greatly changed, it has an important influence on the stability and harmony of the society to improve the employment satisfaction and the sense of happiness of college students. Employment guidance in colleges should guide college students to set up scientific career development concept guided by the socialist core values, to optimize the value orientation;to promote the learning and lifelong learning, and improve their competitiveness; to change traditional thinking, and adjust the career goals, so that the students can adapt to the change of the economic and social, and achieve the coordination, matching and integration of college students, enterprises and economic society.%经济新常态下，我国经济出现了新的机遇与挑战，大学生就业形势发生了较大的变化，提高大学生的就业满意度、幸福感对社会的稳定和谐有着重要的影响。高校就业指导中，引导大学生建立科学的职业发展观，以社会主义核心价值观为指导，优化价值取向；终身学习、自觉学习，提高职业竞争力；转变传统思维，调整职业目标，从而使大学生适应经济社会的变化，达到大学生个人和企业以及经济社会之间的协调、匹配、融合。
