复杂系统的价值工程功能-成本分析初探

摘要

This paper presents a function cost analysis model of the value engineering of complex systems, introduces the artificial intelligence method in the value analysis to search the innovation plan, which will improve the efficiency and effectiveness. This paper uses evolutionary algorithms to search the innovative solutions. Through a case of human resource management, the application of the value analysis method of complex systems is illustrated.%本文提出了有关复杂系统的价值工程功能-成本的分析模型，在价值分析中引入人工智能方法搜索创新方案，在效率和效果等方面会有很好的改进。本文通过运用进化算法搜索创新方案，通过一个人力资源管理的案例，说明了复杂系统的价值分析方法的具体应用。
