地理标志保护在我国农产品出口贸易中的作用

摘要

In the TRIPS agreement of the WTO, the protection of geographical indication is of special importance for the international trade of agricultural products, which is an important part of international intellectual property protection and so it is in China. Products with geographical indications in China have rich resources, excellent quality, and have played an important role in promoting the development of agricultural trade and improving the income of farmers. The identification of geographical indication products is of great significance to improve the competitiveness of Chinaˊs agricultural products and to break the barriers of foreign trade. Therefore, China should perfect the legal protection system of geographical indications, establish a special geographical indication protection law, in order to better serve Chinaˊs agricultural trade.%WTO的TRIPS协定中，地理标志知识产权保护对农产品国际贸易有特别重要的意义，它是国际知识产权保护的一项重要内容同时也是我国知识产权保护的一项重要内容。我国地理标志产品资源丰富，品质优良，在推动农业贸易发展，提高农民收入方面发挥了重要作用。地理标志产品认定对提高我国农产品竞争力，打破国外贸易壁垒方面具有重要意义。因此，我国应完善地理标志法律保护体系，建立专门的地理标志保护法，以更好地服务于我国的农产品贸易。
