基于电容法的电厂烟尘测量研究

             

摘要

Aiming at the traditional capacitor measurement method on power plant gas dust exists high errors and low precision problems, this paper proposes capacitor sensor nonlinear collection data amendment algorithm based on least-squares method, establishes a experiment validation platform on thermal power plant dust concentration using capacitor method, analyzes frequency characteristics of dust concentration signals, fits the output frequency relationship between power plant dust concentration and capacitor. The results show that the nonlinear amendment algorithm can effectively eliminate noises, the measurement error of thermal power plants dust concentration is within ± 0.7%.%针对传统电容法测量电厂烟尘排放过程中存在的测量误差大、精度低问题,本文提出一种基于最小二乘法的电容传感器非线性拟合数据修正算法。建立了电容法测烟尘的实验验证平台,分析了烟尘信号频率特性,结果表明利用该非线性修正算法有效消除噪声,并拟合了烟尘与电容输出频率之间的关系式,实验结果表明电厂烟尘排放测量误差在±0.7%范围内。
