为了使公共服务质量的评价准确有效,公共服务绩效评价体系的建立是非常有必要的,而且要保证其合理性,这样才可以进一步的发现公共服务中出现的问题,对公共服务质量的提升提供有力保障。本文通过对我国2014年31个省市公共服务绩效的研究,并对选取的16项相关指标利用因子分析法进行分析,得出了一些建议以提高公共服务的水平。%In order to make the evaluation of public service quality accurate and effective, the establishment of public service performance evaluation system is very necessary, and itˊs also necessary to ensure its rationality, so that we can further find problems in public services, and can provide strong protection for enhancing public service quality. This paper analyzes the performance of public services in 31 provinces and cities in China in 2014, and uses the factor analysis method to analyze 16 selected indicators. Some suggestions are put forward to improve the level of public services.
