基于序关系法的PC建筑质量非线性模糊综合评价

         

摘要

Prefabricated building construction is an important manifestation of deepening the reform. In order to explore the quality management of prefabricated buildings, the evaluation index system is established based on the precast concrete (PC) business processes and the factors involved in the construction process of prefabricated PC buildings. The order relation method is used to determine the index weight;quality influence factors of PC construction for the fuzzy and nonlinear characteristics have different effects on the evaluation results highlight, the nonlinear fuzzy matrix composition operator is used to construct a PC building quality evaluation model on the basis of the order relation method and nonlinear fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Finally, a PC construction quality is evaluated with the method in Qingdao City and quality evaluation results show that the method is feasible and reliable.%装配式建筑的出现是我国建筑业深化改革的重要体现.为了更好的控制装配式建筑的质量,本文基于预制混凝土(Precast Concrete,PC)构件的业务流程以及PC建筑的施工过程,建立了PC建筑质量评价指标体系.利用序关系法确定各评估指标的权重;针对PC建筑质量影响因素的模糊性和非线性特征及其对评价结果不同的影响程度,采用非线性模糊矩阵合成算子,建立了序关系法和非线性模糊综合评价方法相结合的PC建筑质量评价模型.最后运用该方法对某PC建筑质量进行了评价,分析质量评价结果,验证了该方法是可行的.
