基于二元语义的大型活动应急能力评价研究

摘要

The emergency management capability of large-scale social activities is an important barrier of the public security. In order to evaluate the emergency management capability of the organizer of the social activities in the event of an emergency, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of large-scale activities based on the whole process, uses two-tuple linguistic method to determine the weights of evaluation indexes, and establishes a fuzzy evaluation model of emergency response capability of large-scale activities.%大型社会活动应急管理能力是社会活动公共安全的重要屏障.为评估社会活动组织方在突发事件中应急管理能力,本文构建了基于全过程的大型活动应急能力评价指标体系,运用二元语义方法确定评价指标权重,建立了大型活动应急能力模糊评价模型.
