独立学院基层团组织活力提升的路径研究——基于南京航空航天大学金城学院的调查研究

摘要

This paper analyzes the current status of the research on the vitality promotion of the basal organization of the Communist Youth League in independent colleges. Aimed at the problems existing in the research, a new method to improve the vitality of the basal organization of the Communist Youth League is designed, and the path and method of vitality promotion are explored by a new perspective. It is pointed out that the vitality of the Communist Youth League should be cleared by its concept, the method and path of promoting vitality of basal organization of the Communist Youth League should be realized by the systematic thinking from the quantitative assessment system and closed loop feedback%文章分析了目前独立学院基层团组织活力提升研究现状,针对研究中存在的问题设计出了新的基层团组织活力提升的方法,以一种全新的视角去探索活力提升的路径和方法,指出了首先要从概念上搞清楚什么是团组织活力,强调了要从量化考核评价体系角度采用闭环反馈工作思路以系统化思维方式去设计实现基层团组织活力提升的路径和方法.
