The application of four new technologies in underground building engineering can not only ensure the construction period, but also guarantee the quality and benefit of the project. This paper discusses and analyzes the application of four new technologies in the construction of modern underground building engineering, including high-strength concrete construction technology, thick steel plate column welding technology, steel structure hoisting technology, disc-pin steel tube scaffolding and support technology, construction management technology and other content.%四新技术在地下建筑工程的应用,既能确保施工工期,又能保证工程质量和效益.本文结合已施工工程实例,就四新技术在现代地下建筑工程施工中的应用进行探讨分析,主要包括高强度混凝土施工技术、厚钢板型钢柱焊接技术、钢结构吊装技术、盘销式钢管脚手架及支撑架技术、施工管理技术等内容.
