城市河道及防涝设施综合治理在传统的以政府为主导的整治模式下,很难实现长期稳定的整体治理效果.本文介绍了采用PPP模式的优势,并以具体案例分析了以PPP模式在河道及防涝设施综合整治项目中的应用,以及取得的效果情况.%In the traditional government-led remediation mode, comprehensive treatment of urban rivers and waterlogging prevention facilities is difficult to achieve long-term and stable overall governance. This article introduces the advantages of adopting PPP mode, and analyzes the application of PPP mode in the comprehensive improvement projects of river courses and flood control facilities with the specific cases, and introduces the results obtained.
