浅析现代技工学校文化体系的建构r——以广州市华风汽车工业技工学校为例

摘要

The construction of cultural system in modern mechanic schools is mainly based on the "cultural onion model". Based on this, the campus cultural characteristics of GZ Huafeng School of Technical of Automobile Industry were condensed into the "Da Sheng"culture through field interviews. The cultural system is constructed from three dimensions of surface layer, middle layer and core layer respectively. The construction path: the first way is to gather the consensus of cultural construction; the second is to demonstrate scientifically and construct the implementation system; the third is to optimize the mechanism to promote the construction of cultural characteristics.%现代技工学校的文化体系建构主要以"文化洋葱模型"为主,笔者以此为基础,通过实地访谈将广州市华风汽车工业技工学校的校园文化特质凝练为"大圣"文化;分别从表层、中层、核心层三个维度对其进行文化体系建构,其实践路径一是主题统揽,凝聚文化建设共识;二是科学论证,构思建构实施体系;三是优化机制,促进文化特质建设.
