BIM技术在特大桥梁工程施工中的应用探究

     

摘要

Due to the cliff topography of the bridge project, the topography fluctuates greatly, the construction site is small and the site management is difficult, the main structure of the bridge adopts the new structure and new technology and other difficulties, the application of BIM technology in the construction phase of this project is explored. The terrain model of the bridge site is established by Civil3D, then the construction site is leveled and planned by Revit software, and the three-dimensional model of the suspension bridge is established. Combined with the information sharing function of BIM technology, the prefabrication and purchasing of main truss members are carried out. Through Navisworks construction program comparison and construction of heavy and difficult parts of the simulation process, on –site construction workers are visualized. The implementation framework of BIM construction project management is put forward, which is a reference for the optimization of construction scheme and the improvement of construction efficiency in large bridge engineering using BIM.%基于大桥工程桥位处为峡谷悬崖地貌,地形起伏极大,施工场地狭小,现场管理难度大;桥梁主体结构采用新结构,新技术等难点探索性的将BIM技术应用于本工程的施工阶段.运用Civil3D建立桥址处的地形模型,再通过Revit软件进行施工场地平整和规划,并建立该悬索桥的三维模型,结合BIM技术的信息共享功能,对主桁架构件的预制和采购.通过Navisworks进行施工方案比选和重难点部位施工工序模拟,对现场施工人员进行可视化交底.根据案例应用,提出BIM施工项目管理的实施框架.本研究可为大型桥梁工程应用BIM进行施工方案优化和提高施工效率提供参考.
