略论文书文本语言的简洁性

摘要

In instrument writing, we often meet concise language requirements. The concise language means simple speaking or writing and has no extra content. The simplicity of language is related to the economics of language. Language conciseness shows the omission of the context, the use of classical vocabulary syntax, idioms, vague language and imperative sentences and so on. Conciseness is a style of clerical language. Both the teacher and the learner should pay careful attention to it and learn this style, and make the produced instruments reflect concise features.%在文书制作中,我们常见到语言简洁的要求.语言简洁就是说话或行文简明扼要,没有多余内容.语言的简洁性与语言的经济性相关.语言简洁表现为语境省略、使用文言词汇句法、使用惯用语、使用模糊语言和使用祈使句陈述句等形式.简洁是文书文本语言的一种风格.教学者和学习者都要认真注意并学习此种风格,并使所制作的文书体现出简洁的特征.
