In terms of the current form of railway engineering development, although it still plays a leading role in the world, in order to enhance the overall competitiveness of the country, railway engineering still needs a systematic innovation in the management mode. Based on the above factors, the paper makes a deep discussion on the application of EPC management mode in railway engineering at present, in order to promote the overall development of railway engineering.
