层次分析法在BRT系统评价体系中的应用r——以昆明市BRT系统为例

BRT系统是一种投资少见效快,建设周期短,大运力的城市公共交通,是解决城市交通拥堵的有效方式之一.目前,BRT系统普遍进入到我国各大中城市,对城市发展起到积极促进的作用.文章以昆明市BRT系统为例,研究如何应用层次分析法建立BRT系统评价体系.这不仅可以及时、准确地反映BRT系统的优点,还能进一步发现问题,解决问题,为优化BRT系统提供坚实的保障,促进BRT系统健康发展.%BRT system is one of the effective ways to solve the urban traffic congestion, which is a kind of urban public transportation with less investment, quick effect, short construction period and large capacity. At present, the BRT system has entered the large and medium-sized cities in China, and plays a positive role in promoting the development of the city. Taking Kunming BRT system as an example, this paper studies how to establish BRT system evaluation system with analytic hierarchy process (AHP). This can not only timely and accurately reflect the advantages of BRT system, but also find problems, solve problems, provide a solid guarantee for the optimization of BRT system, and promote the healthy development of BRT system.
